What can you do at home now?

Well, we get bored. Very bored is an understatement – missing field, boots and the touch of ball; are what we all experiencing now.

Covid-19 do get us affected, if not physically (hopefully none of our readers are) we are mentally affected. Let’s see what we can do to keep ourselves fit in this time. If you think about it, this is the best time to actually get the ‘upper body exercise’ that you have always wanted to do.
