CREATING BETTER VERSIONS OF THE SELF THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS

The newly launched MMA gym offering various types of mixed martial arts for beginners & advanced competitors

Malaysia Mixed Martial Arts Association (MASMMAA) recently launched their state-of-the-art mixed martial arts gym in Petaling Jaya.

MASMMAA President, Rashid Salleh told Ragbi.MY, “It will be a long road but the start of a journey that, hopefully, will make our Association self-sufficient and self-sustainable for the future of our ever-growing sport,” he said.

There are four types of martial arts classes to join from boxing, kickboxing, jiujitsu and mixed martial arts (MMA)

On the opening of the gym, Rashid said, “From keeping fit and leading healthy balanced lifestyles to learn a new activity, you will never have a better opportunity to get involved, have fun and make new friends,” he added.

The facilities at the gym were renovated and managed by ReadMyGame (RMG) – a prestigious sports & recreation facilities management company based in Petaling Jaya.

Rashid is excited about the gym’s completion and is looking forward to welcoming everyone.

Kickboxing classes are available every Tuesday & Thursday at 6.30 pm

He welcomes anyone keen to come and train to visit the gym located at COBRA Rugby Club, Jalan Utara, Petaling Jaya.
